Welcome to Detachment 790! Our mission, like all AFROTC units, is to "Develop the best Air Force leaders and citizens of character, dedicated to serving the Nation." I believe we have one of the best detachments and training facilities in the Nation. Det 790 provides leadership training to college students from Austin Peay, Belmont, Fisk, Lipscomb, MTSU, TSU, Tennessee Tech, Vanderbilt, Western Kentucky, and other universities in Middle Tennessee. We have approximately 100+ motivated cadets in training at any one time. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to stop in, say hello and check us out.
