MARCH 20, 2013
Online Pre-registration has been extended. Online Pre-registration for student participants will now end Tuesday, March 26, 2013.

MARCH 14, 2013
Online Pre-Registration 
This year, 2013, RSP has instituted a pre-registration online process for student participants.  We recommend that you to use this process.  It is more expedient than the on-site registration process and ensures a higher degree of accuracy in providing your information. Online pre-registration for both oral and poster presentations will begin March 15, 2013, and end March 22, 2013.  To pre-register, visit the website: www.tnstate.edu/research/symposium and click Pre-registration in the left-side navigation area.

On-Site Registration 
On-site registration for Oral and Poster Presentations will follow the schedule below:

Location of Oral Presentations
This year, oral presentations will be held in room 163 and room 209 of the Research and Sponsored Programs building.  Please check the list of presentations to find your location for presenting your oral. 

Location and Display of Poster Presentations
Poster presentations will be held in Jane Elliott Hall Auditorium (Women’s Building). Posters are to be put up on the boards beginning on Monday, April 1, 2013, starting at 12:00 pm (noon). You will have until Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. to have your poster put up on a board for display.  All posters will be displayed from Tuesday, April 2 at 1:00 p.m. through Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 4:00 p.m.

Awards
Award eligibility will require both the presenter and all co-presenters to complete the registration process
