  1. Cyber Physical Systems- Implementation of CPS in infrastructure projects and large installations.
  2. Automation and intelligent manufacturing- Mechatronics and integrated manufacturing processes.
  3. Multifunctional materials- Manufacturing processes to reduce the effect of thermal degradation and other factors.
