The Challenge:
The Frank L. Miller, Jr. Leadership Case Challenge (FML Case Challenge) is an event designed to provide MBA candidates a forum within which to exercise their leadership skills.
The case competition portion specifically targets leadership in team problem solving, situational analysis, and consensus building. Teams are monitored by experienced leaders of industry.
The team mentor observes the process and provides indirect, guided input, if necessary, as the team creates a solution and presentation of a leadership case study.
The MBA Candidate:
MBA Candidates participating in the FML Case Challenge have a unique opportunity to interact with and be mentored by some of the region’s and the nation’s most notable leaders
Celebrate Chinese New Year
As more than one-fifth of the world celebrates New Year now, learn more about China. We at the College of Business wish our Chinese students and all our colleagues at our partner school, Tianjin Polytechnic University in Tianjin, China, health, prosperity and happiness in the coming year.
Dr. Chun Da Chen led TSU MBAs studying international finance and Chinese business development in China. Based in Tianjin, at Tianjin Polytechnic University, they met with business leaders, toured operations, the new port facilities, and enjoyed lectures by Chinese faculty. Later, they traveled to Shanghai and Suzhou.
