Book order requests can be submitted by completing the form below. All slots must be filled except edition and volume. Please type 0 or unk for any missing information. Please check the online catalog to make sure that the titles are not already in the library's collection.
Due to budget constraints, the library generally does not purchase duplicates of titles, nor does it purchase required classroom textbooks. This form is for book requests only. All audiovisual requests should be forwarded to the Media Centers. Ordering information and title selections can be located in Books in Print or Midwest Library Services InterACQ.
