Tennessee State University Office of Financial Aid is changing their loan program.  All students who receive Federal Stafford Loans (Subsidized/Unsubsidized) and PLUS loans for parents and GRAD Plus, must complete a new ELECTRONIC Master Promissory Note (MPN) with the William D. Ford Direct Loan Program.
