      Dr. Donald Page is the Mass Communication Area Coordinator and has been teaching at TSU since 1977.  Dr. Page has taught most of the Radio-TV courses in the Department, but currently teaches mostly production, broadcast journalism, and writing courses, and advises Tiger TV News.  He also manages the television facilities.

       Dr. Page holds a Ph.D. in Speech, Radio-TV-Film from the University of Michigan, an M.A. from Western Michigan University in Communication Arts and Sciences, and a B.A. from Hope College in English.  He is a member of the National Communications Association, Broadcast Education Association, Society of Professional Journalists, Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communications, Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers, and College Media Advisors.

 

        Dr. Page grew up mostly in Michigan, and has lived in Illinois, Jordan, Scotland, and New York City in addition to Nashville.
