(1) sign the master promissory note if you are receiving loans;
(2) confirm your classes for the fall 2009 semester; and
(3) accept your financial aid award.

Occupational Therapy Department Tennessee State University's OT program started in 1991. The program's educational goal is to train and prepare students to enter the clinical practice of Occupational Therapy. Successful completion of the program earns the student an MOT degree in Occupational Therapy and eligibility to sit for the National Board Certification Examination. However, students can obtain their undergraduate degree in Health Sciences and then enter the graduate program in Occupational Therapy. For students who already have their undergraduate degree, please see the Entry Level Masters degree information. You can file your application while in the process of completing your last three of the nine prerequisite courses.
