Optional Retirement Program (ORP)
The Optional Retirement Program consists of three (3) retirement systems: TIAA-CREF, VALIC, and ING. Exempt or monthly paid employees may elect to enroll in any two of the three plans. Enrollment packets are available in Human Resources or you may contact the local representatives of each vendor to obtain a packet. Representatives are also available to assist in completing the enrollment form as well as to advise regarding investment options.
Please submit completed forms (or a copy if you completed your application online or with a representative) to Human Resources once completed.
