Graduate Scholars Program

 Student Guidelines And Procedures
Student Agreement  
Those students who wish to participate in the Graduate Scholars Program must adhere to the following conditions:
  1. Participants must be citizens of the United States.
     
  2. Participants of the Graduate Scholars Program should be or will be graduates of
    Tennessee State University.
     
  3. Participants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or above.
     
  4. Participants must submit a copy of his/her unofficial transcript, along with the completed application and supporting documents, to the Office of Graduate and Professional Opportunities, Suite 103, Floyd-Payne Campus Center.
     
  5. Participants must complete all admissions applications and financial aid forms received from partner institutions in a timely manner. Upon completion, students should forward the application and supporting documents to the Office of Graduate and Professional Opportunities, Ste. 103, Floyd-Payne Campus Center for review.
     
  6. Participants agree to respond to all correspondence received from the partner institutions, even if he/she decides not to enroll after being offered admission.
     
  7. Participants agree that upon acceptance to a partner institution, he/she will notify the Graduate Scholars Program Coordinator in the Office of Graduate and Professional Opportunities, TSU, Campus Box 9586, Nashville, TN 37209-1561.
Declaration of Agreement  

I declare that I have read the guidelines of participation in the Graduate Scholars Program at Tennessee State University and am prepared to accept them in entirety.
 

I am not prepared to accept the guidelines.
