Registration will be coordinated through the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.

Please note: If you have attended the conference before, you may log into your account previously set up to register. If you don’t have your account information just click on the "forgot username/password" for assistance. If you have not attended in the past please take a moment to set up an account so that we can make sure you have all of the current information in a timely manner.

Registration closes on May 17, 2018.

To cancel or transfer a registration prior to May 10, 2018, please e-mail Tim Pridemore at Tim-Pridemore@utc.edu. The University of Tennessee Chattanooga (UTC) will not process refunds for cancellation requests after 5:00 p.m. on May 10, 2018. UTC will process refunds approximately 30 days after the conference end date. Registrants may transfer a registration to another person prior to 8:00 AM (conference venue time) on the first day of the conference.  If the organizers cancel the conference prior to the start of the event a full refund will be given.
