Phone and Voicemail Service

Need a Phone, Voicemail, or Conferencing Services?

The Telecommunications Office handles phone/voicemail requests and maintenance for the university.

TELEPHONE AND VOICEMAIL SUPPORT

For the following services:

• Phone line (add/remove/delete/repair)
• Phone (add/move/replace/repair)
• Voicemail (add/reset/delete/other)
• Cellular radio request & support

Please submit the Telecom Work Order Form to Sheila Brown at sbrown37@tnstate.edu.

LONG-DISTANCE CALLS

All long distance telephone calls made on TSU’s telephone system can only be made using a PIN (personal identification number) issued by Telecommunications. This PIN is for your use only and must not be given to anyone else. 

Please submit the Pin Request Form to Sheila Brown at sbrown37@tnstate.edu.

CONFERENCE CALLS

To schedule a telecommunications conference call or check out the conference telephone, contact  Sheila Brown at 615-963-7611 or sbrown37@tnstate.edu. Calls should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
