Issue Resolution

Exchange Email If you are experiencing issues with Exchange email (not webmail), please follow the instructions below:

  1. Delete your outlook profile by double clicking on the file listed below.:

    Remove Profiles

  2. Open Outlook.
  3. When prompted for profile name, type your login name.
    (If Outlook hangs, reboot your computer , open Outlook and answer “NO” to the Safe mode question.)
  4. If you are unsuccessful, call 615-657-9349 (leave a voicemail)
    OR
