A student may pursue dual degree objectives (second or double major) through declaring a major in each department offering the degree sought. The student must have a major advisor assigned from bothdepartments and must meet all requirements for both degrees. Both degrees will be posted on the student’s transcript and a diploma will be issued for each degree. The dual degree objective should be declared as early as possible in the student’s matriculation.
