  4. Check TigerTRACK frequently to find out if an employer has selected you for an interview (as well as for any schedule updates or changes).
  5. Sign-up for an interview time and date

About Your On-Campus Interviews
There are two types of interview schedules that employers can select for their student interviews: Preselect and Open.

Preselect Schedules
A Preselect schedule means that employers will only interview candidates who match the exact qualifications described on TigerTRACK. If you meet the desired qualifications, you will need to submit your resume online. The employer may then select/invite you to interview on-campus at a scheduled time. If you are selected, you will need to sign-up for an interview time slot via TigerTRACK.

Open Schedules
An Open Schedule means that employers will schedule a specific date to interview students without reviewing resumes and selecting candidates beforehand. Any student who meets the qualifications described on TigerTRACK may sign up to interview. This is on a first come, first serve basis.

On-Campus Interview Policies and Procedures
Students must make every effort to attend an interview scheduled with an employer. Time and opportunity are limited resources for both employers and students alike. In order to manage these constraints more efficiently, we ask that cancellations be made 48 hours in advance of an interview. No-shows and last minute cancellations are NOT acceptable or professional practices. Please take note of the following policies and procedures that apply to all students who are registered and participating in the TSU On-Campus Recruiting.
