The Career Development Center

 

Location: The Center is located in the Floyd-Payne Campus Center, Suite 304. The address is 3500 John A. Merritt Blvd., Nashville, TN 37209.

Hours of Operation: Office Hours: M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Services
The Career Development Center of Tennessee State University provides invaluable one-stop assistance in preparing students for the world of work and for graduate school opportunities. The staff has developed a variety of programs and services to identify and meet students’ career and personal goals. The professional staff’s commitment ensures the students are given appropriate guidance throughout their career planning and job search process, by providing, part-time, full-time, internships, cooperative education, career employment and graduate and professional school opportunities.

TigerTRACK
The Career Development Center has a fully equipped computer lab to accommodate on-line services, including resume preparation, job announcements and interviews. TigerTRACK is the Career Development Centers’ on-line database that is powered by Symplicity. Students can sign up on-line via TigerTRACK.  Employers may submit job announcements, register for program and submit request for on-campus interviews via the TigerTRACK Login.
