Current Responsibilities:

•Work directly with the Dean, Associate Deans, Department Heads and Superintendent of the McMinnville Nursery Research Station to interpret, revise and enforce the policies, guidelines and procedures of the school, university, state and federal government
•Ensures the efficient and effective functioning of the Dean’s office; serving as the initial resource person
•Prepare and distribute annually, the SACS Directory
•Distribute the AGFACS Link
•Process and maintain official documents, sensitive and/or confidential.
•Coordinate special event planning and support, manage school alumni database, tracking and reporting of donor gifts for the School 
•Administer and monitor vehicles usage and maintenance
