BBA from Auburn University Montgomery in Information Systems

Associates Degree in Applied Technology Major and Industrial Electronics Technology-Telecommunications from John Patterson State Technical College

Perry Talley is the chief engineer of WTST radio and TSU-TV. He heads up the installation, repair, and maintenance of all radio and television equipment in the Communications Department.

Perry comes to TSU after 35 years of experience in broadcast radio and television. He held chief engineer positions at WQSB-WAVU radio Albertville, Alabama, WLSQ-WREZ radio, Montgomery Alabama and was the broadcast supervisor for WAIQ-TV from 1993-2005 where he spent over 26 years as an employee of Alabama Public Television. Most recently Perry was employed by WSMV television in Nashville where he oversaw the transmission facilities transition from analog to digital broadcast.

Perry taught elementary electronics at John Patterson State Technical College.

Perry lives in Nashville with his wife, two sons and a daughter.
