The department programs draw upon the principles and applications of sound business management, arts and sciences, and the latest in technology. These principles are applied in the proper utilization of products, services, and the management of equipment and personnel.
Mission Statement of the Program
A commitment to provide the student with a knowledge of the physical sciences, mathematics, engineering and computer science; to enable the student to have the capability to apply those principles within the aeronautical and industrial technology sectors. To familiarize the student with a systematic scientific approach towards identification and solution of practical problems encountered in the working environment; to guide the student in determining the most effective and organized ways to use basic factors of production, people, machines, materials information, and energy in the making or processing of a product; and to assist the student in developing managerial skills. To support and enhance ethical character, integrity, and professional attitudes; and to instill the importance of a cognizance of the individual's affect and effect in society-at-large-from both a national and an international perspective.

A Bachelor of Science (B.S.)
degree in
Aeronautical and Industrial
Technology
is offered in three (3) concentrations
Industrial Electronics Technology emphasizes electronics, operations, management, robotics, material handling and quality control.
Aviation Flight Training curriculum is designed to prepare and provide students with the skills and expertise for professional careers in the commercial aviation field.
Aviation Management curriculum is designed to prepare and provide students with the skills and expertise for management careers in the corporate aviation field.

All three concentrations are accredited by NAIT and the Aviation Flight Training and Aviation Management ground courses are FAA approved under FAR Part 141 |
